Last year your Graduate Students' Association (GSA) started a mentorship program that supports incoming, first-year graduate students (mentees) with their transition into graduate school. Senior graduate students or alumni (mentors) serve as role models and support mentees by sharing their experiences and knowledge of graduate student life.
Because the program was a success, we are continuing it this year, and currently have many incoming Master of Finance students looking for mentors! These students would benefit greatly from your experience and expertise and be very thankful for your help.
If mentoring an incoming student to your program would be of interest to you, please check out our website for more information http://www.wlugsa.ca/mentorship-program/ and fill out a mentor form. Alternatively, you can reach out to me directly indicating your interest by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
